My bags are not mass-produced. I make each one by hand, one at a time.
Many in the shop are one of a kind; occasionally multiple colours will be offered in the same silhouette. In either case, there will be only one in inventory.
I may recreate a bag using different materials or a slightly altered design.
Custom orders are taken occationally. If you have something in mind, please email me and we can discuss creating something unique to you.
I only make my own designs. Please do not request a bag from another designer.
Custom orders are just that...custom to your personal style. I will work one on one with you to come up with a bag silhouette that complements how you move through your day. Complete that silhouette with a personalized interior fabric. Or ask me what shirt, skirt or jacket I have in my inventory that I picked up from a local antique shop; perhaps that is your exterior. Or maybe it's a simple cork fabric tote in classic black that you're looking for with a painted wooden dowel for use as a unique handle. The possibilities are endless!
Size: Please make note of the bag size/dimensions to ensure it will fit your needs.
Colour: Note that the colour of any bag will vary from monitor to monitor. I make every effort to best describe the colour in the descriptions.
Payment is due in full upon checkout.
If you would like to cancel an order, please contact me immediately. If your order has not yet shipped, I will likely be able to cancel it for you. However, collection bags are often shipped same day. If that is the case, a cancellation will not be possible.
If you have placed a custom order and want to cancel, please contact me immediately. You may cancel up to the time when I have started work on your bag. Once I have started your custom bag, I will not be able to cancel the order.

Collection bags (listed in shop) ship in 1-3 days.
Custom orders have a longer processing time due to the nature of the order and will ship upon completion, usually in 3-4 weeks.
Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with insurance and tracking. USPS has recently extended its shipping times for many of its services. Please allow up to 10 days from the date it was mailed for your package to arrive.
If you have NOT received your order. First, check the shipping address you provided as that is where your order was shipped. I am not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address that you provided. Please contact your local post office to inquire in the event a package was marked delivered but still has not arrived. Occasionally, packages do get lost in the mail. If you have not received your order after 10 days from the date it was shipped, please contact me and I'll see if I can help.
All orders ship from Connecticut. All orders shipped to Connecticut pay a 6.35% sales tax.
During the holiday season, if you live near my home studio in Colchester, CT you have the option to choose contact-free, porch pick-up. By choosing LOCAL PICKUP at checkout, you will not be charged for shipping and your order will not be shipped. When your order is ready, I'll send you an email with the details of when, how and where to pick up your order.
Collection bags (listed in shop) can be returned or exchanged if you are not completely satisfied and contact me within THREE (3) days of delivery. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. Items must be shipped back in the original packaging with insurance and tracking. Returns that show signs of use will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at customer's expense.
Custom bags are FINAL sale and not eligible for return or exchange. Quality craftsmanship is very important to me and I meticulously inspect all bags before shipment; please email me the day of delivery if you find any issues when you receive your bag so that I can make any adjustments.
